Yountville Bookmark Story Contest

Ever written a poem or story that would fit on a bookmark? Interested in doing so? The Bookmark Coalition is looking for the five best stories that will be printed on library bookmarks and distributed to the public. Each winner will also receive a $100 prize.

Writers must be Napa County residents and can submit two unpublished stories, either in prose or poetry format, with a limit of 60 words per story. Each submission must have a title and may not include any profanity or disparaging remarks. The pieces will undergo blind review and the best five submissions will be chosen.

The Bookmark Coalition is a collaboration between the Yountville Library, Friends of the Yountville Library, and the Yountville Arts Commission.

Library Cardholder Perk: Napa County Library cardholders can use the code NCLIBRARY to enter their submission for free. You will be asked to enter your card number.
